No edit, Levitating Knife Illusion

ellusionist contest entry

I made this for a photography contest with the help of a friend, and won! The rules were simple: no manipulation of the photo unless it’s color correction, or resizing the whole photo. Had a little trouble with the potato, but it all worked out in the end. Got a cool prize for winning, but it’s sorta a secret! :p

Let me know what you think in the comment section!

Big Tuna

Here’s another photo I took at Millerton lake, in CA.  This tuna can was just sitting in the sand, asking to be photographed. I took this with my HTC Vivid phone, and used “photo editor”  app from Google Play store to edit. Let me know what you think!

Millerton Lake

I’m not sure how I feel about this photo. I’m finding it harder to get the fine adjustments that I’m used to when using a computer, but mobile photography is what this is about, so here’s one of my results.

Any constructive criticism would be appreciated! Thanks.

Floating Cup of Green Stuff

floating cup of green stuff

This was taken a while ago, but I think can go here. Took the photo and edited it only on my phone, a HTC vivid, with picsart. That’s myself in the back by the way, and my friend bubba. This was also one of my first trys to make a levitation with my phone.

Arcane Playing Cards in the Grass – Black

Black Arcanes in Grass

Took this a few days ago with my HTC Vivid phone… The card there is from the Bicycle Arcane deck, available at Ellusionist. Also I used the Pixlr Express app from Android.

New blog

I’ve recently found the need to find a blogging service that allows me to manage multiple content specific blogs, so here’s my test run!

I plan on posting only pictures taken and edited entirely with my phone on this blog. I have found that I can’t do what I’m trying to accomplish with instagram, so hopefully it’ll work here, with original resolution pictures.

Sky’s on Fire

Taken outside of my house, spur of the moment kind. I was playing with pixlr-o-matic a bit on this one. Lots of filter choices…  Just thought it looked cool haha

First Levitation

My first attempt at editing anything complex on my phone. Basically just testing out the limits of some mobile software I just found. This was done entirely on my HTC Vivid. A friend of mine, Bubba, was the guy in the chair. Let me know what you think
